Student Services and Supports

During the year ahead, it's important to continue looking after both your physical and your mental health.  There has been a lot of talk about the ‘new normal’ – successive lockdowns, limited college attendance and home working has changed so many lives and we are quite a distance from knowing how things will settle down in terms of the proposed easing of restrictions and adaptations for our college year ahead.

For many, the easing of restrictions will bring longed-for opportunities – to see friends, play sports, attend concerts and shows, participate in college life through contact with classmates and colleagues in ‘real space’ and to get onto campus to work and study.   However, it may also present challenges for many of us, so if you need support or assistance at any stage of the year, please reach out to the supports that are in place to help and assist you – these can be accessed at the links below.
